NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The RYANVISION Vehicle Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by RYANVISION LLC ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.
This Sweepstakes is void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility, identity, age, and residency of any entrant before awarding a prize.
3. Sweepstakes Period; Early Closing
The Sweepstakes begins on July 12, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and is scheduled to end on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the "Scheduled End Date"), unless Sponsor establishes an earlier closing date in accordance with this Section (collectively, the "Promotion Period").
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to close the Sweepstakes before the Scheduled End Date and conduct the drawing early. Any decision to close the Sweepstakes early will not be based on reaching a particular number of entries, sales amount, revenue target, or other financial threshold.
If Sponsor elects to close the Sweepstakes early, Sponsor will announce the early closing date and time (the "Early Closing Date") at least seven (7) calendar days in advance on RYNVZN.com and may also announce it through Sponsor's official social media accounts or email communications.
Online purchase entries must be completed before the applicable end of the Promotion Period. To allow a reasonable opportunity for free mail-in participation, mail-in entries for an early closing must be postmarked no later than the Early Closing Date and received no later than seven (7) calendar days after the Early Closing Date. The random drawing will not occur until after that mail-in receipt deadline.
All eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules before the applicable deadline will remain eligible for the drawing. No entries will be accepted after the applicable deadline, except timely postmarked mail-in entries received within the additional receipt period stated above.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry Method
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may purchase digital entry packs from RYNVZN.com. Each eligible digital entry pack costs $50.00 USD, contains original MP3 music delivered electronically, and provides one (1) Sweepstakes entry spot.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, discounts, refunds, and other amounts not actually paid toward eligible digital entry packs do not earn additional entry spots unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
Digital MP3 products purchased through RYNVZN.com will be delivered regardless of Sweepstakes outcome.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3" × 5" card containing:
- Full legal name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
- Statement: "I wish to enter the RYANVISION Vehicle Sweepstakes."

Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry spot.
For the Scheduled End Date, mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received no later than October 7, 2026. If Sponsor announces an Early Closing Date, mail-in entries must instead be postmarked no later than the Early Closing Date and received no later than seven (7) calendar days after the Early Closing Date.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, or undeliverable mail.
5. Entry Limits
There is no predetermined maximum number of total entries for the Sweepstakes.
Each eligible $50.00 digital entry pack purchase provides one (1) entry spot.
Each eligible mail-in entry provides one (1) entry spot.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, bulk-generated, duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise ineligible entries.
6. Purchases and Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. Because eligible products include digital goods that are delivered electronically, purchases are generally not eligible for refund once delivered.
If Sponsor determines that an entrant is ineligible under these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to void any associated Sweepstakes entry spots. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion or as required by applicable law, issue a refund, refuse a refund, or provide another appropriate remedy.
Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback transactions may be disqualified and associated entry spots may be voided at Sponsor's sole discretion.
7. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"), as reasonably determined by Sponsor: $10,000
The prize consists only of the vehicle described above. Any and all costs not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to title fees, registration fees, license fees, taxes, insurance, smog or emissions requirements, inspections, transportation, shipping, travel, fuel, repairs, maintenance, storage, and any other costs associated with accepting, picking up, shipping, registering, owning, or using the vehicle.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
8. Vehicle Condition; As-Is Prize
Sponsor has made a good-faith effort to inspect and evaluate the vehicle prior to awarding the prize. However, Sponsor makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind regarding the vehicle, including but not limited to condition, safety, roadworthiness, reliability, value, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, mechanical condition, cosmetic condition, emissions compliance, registration eligibility, or future performance.
The vehicle will be awarded AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, whether known or unknown, and without any warranty, express or implied.
Winner understands and agrees that used vehicles may have defects, wear, prior repairs, unknown history, mechanical issues, cosmetic issues, modifications, or future repair needs. Sponsor is not responsible for any repairs, maintenance, inspections, registration issues, emissions issues, smog issues, defects, recalls, breakdowns, accidents, injuries, or conditions discovered after winner accepts the prize.
Sponsor does not guarantee that the vehicle will comply with emissions, inspection, safety, equipment, title, registration, or street-legal requirements in the winner's state or jurisdiction of residence. Winner is solely responsible for determining whether the vehicle can be registered, insured, inspected, operated, or legally used in winner's state or jurisdiction.
9. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entry spots received.
The drawing will occur after the Promotion Period ends and after all timely mail-in entries have been received and verified. If Sponsor establishes an Early Closing Date, the drawing may occur before the Scheduled End Date, but not until after the applicable seven (7)-day mail-in receipt period has ended.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entry spots received through all entry methods.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
10. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone within seven (7) days following the drawing.
If a potential winner:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Fails to respond within seven (7) days;
- Fails to provide required identification or paperwork;
- Refuses the prize;
- Is determined to be ineligible;
- Cannot accept the prize for any reason; or
- Fails to claim the prize, pick up the vehicle, or complete shipping arrangements within the required timeframe,
Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entry spots.
11. Required Paperwork and Verification
The potential winner is not the official winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and all required documents have been completed and returned to Sponsor.
Winner may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and complete, sign, notarize, and return documents required by Sponsor or applicable law, including but not limited to an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted, IRS Form W-9, bill of sale, DMV documents, title transfer documents, and any other state or federal paperwork required to award or transfer the prize.
The prize vehicle must be titled in the verified winner's legal name. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse requests to transfer title directly to another individual, business, entity, or third party except where required by applicable law.
Failure to complete required paperwork within the timeframe provided by Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
12. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with prize acceptance, transfer, ownership, registration, and use.
The value of the prize may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service and winner may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize. Winner must provide accurate tax information before the prize is awarded.
13. Vehicle Title, Transfer, Pickup, and Shipping
Winner must provide valid government-issued identification and complete all paperwork required by state and federal law to transfer ownership of the vehicle.
Winner is responsible for picking up the vehicle in Auburn, California, or arranging vehicle transport through a licensed shipper or transporter of winner's choice and at winner's sole expense.
Sponsor may reasonably assist with coordinating access to the vehicle and loading the vehicle with winner's selected shipper or transporter. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping costs, shipping delays, transport damage, insurance during transport, transporter availability, or the acts or omissions of any third-party shipper or transporter.
Sponsor reserves the right to require the winner or the winner's authorized shipper or transporter to present valid identification or other reasonable authorization before releasing the vehicle.
The vehicle must be picked up or shipped within thirty (30) days of winner notification unless Sponsor agrees in writing to a different timeframe. If the prize is not claimed, picked up, or shipping arrangements are not completed within thirty (30) days of winner notification, Sponsor may declare the prize forfeited and select an alternate winner.
If the vehicle title is still in process with the applicable Department of Motor Vehicles or other issuing agency at the time the winner is selected, winner agrees to allow Sponsor to receive the title before pickup or shipping, as title or other legally sufficient transfer documentation is required to complete ownership transfer. Sponsor will not release the vehicle until the required title documentation has been received.
Risk of loss transfers to the winner once the vehicle is picked up by the winner or the winner's authorized shipper or transporter. Winner is responsible for obtaining any insurance required before pickup or transport.
14. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, photographs, videos, voice, statements, social media content, and prize-related content for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may photograph, record, livestream, or otherwise document the prize notification, pickup, shipping, delivery, or transfer process for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.
15. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, title issues, vehicle availability issues, unauthorized human intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity, legality, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by acts of God, natural disasters, wildfire, severe weather, strikes, labor disputes, government action, DMV delays, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, internet or platform outages, or other events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, uses multiple identities or accounts, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
16. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability, claim, injury, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, pickup, transport, registration, ownership, use, misuse, repair, maintenance, modification, or operation of the prize vehicle.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, website errors, payment processor errors, lost or delayed entries, incorrect entry information, unauthorized access, human error, printing errors, typographical errors, mail delays, title processing delays, DMV delays, shipping issues, transport damage, or any other error or problem that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.
17. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law, including administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, awarding the prize, processing required legal and tax documents, and announcing the winner.
18. Winner Announcement
The winner's first name, last initial, city, and state may be posted on RYNVZN.com within thirty (30) days following the drawing date or after the prize has been officially awarded.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state for purposes of announcing the Sweepstakes winner and verifying prize fulfillment.
No additional personal information will be publicly disclosed except as required by law.
19. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
