A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The RYANVISION $500 Visa Gift Card Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by RYANVISION LLC ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and residency of any entrant before awarding a prize.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 22, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Promotion Period").
All entries, including purchase entries and mail-in entries, must be received by Sponsor no later than July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time to be eligible.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry Method
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for each one dollar ($1.00) spent on eligible products purchased from RYNVZN.com.
Examples:
- $5 purchase = 5 entries
- $10 purchase = 10 entries
- $25 purchase = 25 entries
Digital products purchased through RYNVZN.com will be delivered regardless of Sweepstakes outcome.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3" x 5" card containing:
- Full legal name
- Mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Statement: "I wish to enter the RYANVISION $500 Visa Gift Card Sweepstakes."

Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive five (5) entries.
Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope.
5. Entry Limits
There is no limit on purchase entries.
Mail-in entries are limited to one (1) submission per person per day.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, bulk-generated, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible entries.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $500.00
The Visa Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing financial institution.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Visa is not a sponsor of and is not affiliated with this Sweepstakes.
7. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 3, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone within seven (7) days following the drawing.
If a potential winner:
- Cannot be contacted;
- Fails to respond within seven (7) days;
- Refuses the prize; or
- Is determined to be ineligible,
Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
13. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
14. Winner Announcement
The winner's first name, last initial, city, and state will be posted on RYNVZN.com within thirty (30) days following the drawing date.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state for purposes of announcing the Sweepstakes winner and verifying prize fulfillment.
No additional personal information will be publicly disclosed.
15. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
